We’ve created a space that’s vibrant, inclusive, and completely judgment-free. Whether you’re in our Strength and HIIT Bootcamps, flowing through Yoga or Pilates, connecting with your little one in Baby & Me classes, relaxing in the sauna, or just moving at your own pace — you belong here.
We’re proud to host a growing network of local wellness businesses, making Be Well a true hub for health, connection, and care. And because we believe wellness should be accessible to everyone, we also offer child care to help make it easier to prioritize you.

Open Gym
We run open gym hours 7 days a week.

Bootcamps
We offer Strength and HIIT style bootcamps. Over the course of the week, we have targeted Upper, Lower and Full body classes that balance and compliment each other. Our workouts are backed by a scientific and mindful approach to fitness.

Mat Pilates
Our Pilates run as a block of training. Using a blend of contemporary and classic pilates, these 45 min classes will leave you feeling aligned, strengthened and balanced. Mats and equipment provided.

Baby & Me
Our Baby & Me workouts run as a block of training. We use a mix of equipment, body weight and resistance work. These programs are designed with the postpartum recovery in mind for parents with babies 6 weeks- 1 year of age. Yoga Mats and equipment provided.

Sauna
Warm up and relax in our large co-ed sauna. Available for drop in or in addition to any of our other offerings

Child Minding
Bring your little one to the gym with you. Book your children in to iur play centre and our staff with look after them during your class, workout or any service you may be doing.

Yoga
We offer yoga practices throughout the week! These classes are heated.

Meet the Founders
Justine Angell & Cassidy Bailey
Two passionate fitness leaders, both dedicated to health and wellness, we found each other through the local fitness community, often attending each other’s classes. Our shared values of hard work, self-care, and balance formed the foundation of our friendship. We believed in the importance of making time for family, friends, and travel while also nurturing personal well-being.
This common vision led us to create Be Well Mornings, a series of wellness events centered around three pillars: mindfulness, movement, and education. These events highlighted local businesses and practices, offering new ways to improve daily habits and opportunities to learn from local experts.
After hosting five successful events, we decided to bring everything we had to offer under one roof—transforming Be Well Mornings into Be Well Studios, Saskatoon’s first wellness hub, providing a comprehensive space for the community to focus on their health and well-being.
And not to mention, our most rewarding job: being mamas to our sweet boys. As women, there is no “perfect” time to chase your dreams but we did it and we’re so glad we did. We’re busy, but our passion is our purpose—and what an incredible thing it is to be able to say that!

Front desk service is always friendly and the trainers are very helpful and approachable. I appreciate not having to plan my workouts and just attend their bootcamp classes, which are both quick but give you a good sweat!
