6 week course

BABY & ME TRAINING

This 6-week course is intended for parents and babies aged 6 weeks (Must be cleared by doctor)-12 months old. Each class is 40 mins in length

Using a mix of body weight, resistance & weight training, over the course of these 6 classes we will be working on building our strength, mobility and flexibility. Created with the postpartum recovery in mind.

These classes will take place in the studio room downstairs. You will need to bring a yoga mat and a baby carrier (optional) if you choose to wear baby during your workout.
