A 45 minute signature sculpt class which combines a blend of contemporary and classical mat pilates. Designed to strengthen your whole body while connecting mind to muscle these classes will improve your posture, flexibility & stability. We will use Pilates props to enhance the burn. Please bring your own yoga mat & water.
